How long does a shoot usually last?

A typical shoot of 25 images or less lasts between 10-15 minutes. Shoots that include 360 spins last between 20-30 minutes.

How will the files be delivered?

Files will be added to a dropbox and will accessed with your own private link.

When will I get my pictures?

Turn around for images and spins is by next business day, with most being delivered by the following morning.

What should I expect upon the photographer's arrival?

Upon arrival we ask that all lights (lamps, ranges, recessed lighting) are turned on, window blinds are pulled up, and all ceiling fans are turned off. These settings make for ideal conditions when shooting HDR images.

Do you stage the home?

We do not stage the home. We ask that you, either as a homeowner or real estate agent, stage and clean the home before our arrival so that the shoot can go quickly and smoothly.

Am I required to be at the property?

We welcome you to be present at time of shooting, but you are not required. We ask that if the house is vacant or someone will not be at the property, that you provide us with the lock-box code.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We currently shoot with a full frame Canon 5D Mark IV with a wide angle 17-40mm lens. We also use our 360 camera to provide unique virtual tours and spins. This equipment combo allows us to capture the most of your home without compromising quality.

What is the best time of day to schedule an appointment?

Since we shoot HDR images, anytime of day is a perfect time to photograph your home. We offer twilight shoots that showcase landscape lighting, beginning between 4-8 pm, depending on season.
